We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return the product to us and we will exchange it or refund it to the original credit or debit card used for the order.

Terms & conditions

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless the item is faulty, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. Items should be returned via a signed-for service.

Once you submit your return request, we will provide a form and confirm the return location. We will only initiate the return once confirmed, so we know to expect your item.

The returned product must be unused and in resalable condition. It can be refunded in full or exchanged for an alternative style. If needed, we can organize a partial refund or request an additional payment depending on the selected exchange.

It’s important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in perfect condition. This means keeping all original packaging, labels, and ensuring the product is undamaged and unused. Ideally, the return request should be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

Delivery issues

If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please let us know so we can contact the courier.

If we are not informed of delivery issues within 5 days of postage, it may prevent us from filing a claim for loss or damage, which can also affect your eligibility for a refund.

Under normal working conditions, once dispatched, your order should reach you within 7–10 working days.

Processing returns

Once we receive the returned product, we aim to process the return within 5 days.

Our standard 1-year guarantee reflects our confidence in our products.

If there is an issue with workmanship or materials, we will attempt to repair or replace the item. If the original product is no longer available, it will be replaced with the closest available match.

We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, mishandling, or damage caused by third parties.

All claims must include proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email or receipt.

Any warranty on our products is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
